another staff concept beer with abby long, one of the grbc og servers. brewed with citra, cascade, and galaxy hops and fermented with english ale yeast, the hops create notes of passion fruit, gooseberry and pungent grapefruit. malt profile is caramel, toasted grain, and a touch of chocolate. english ale yeast provides a dried fruit and bready characteristic. a very complex yet balanced imperial offering!
