Violet MacMillan's

Dedicated to the late broadway actress, this American pale wheat is infused with organic cranberry hibiscus tea giving off flavors and aromas of cranberries, currants, elderberries, and hibiscus flowers with a toasty wheat malt finish.

Chinnick’s Wit

a traditional belgian witbier but hopped like an american pale ale.  brewed and dry-hopped with cascade, citra, and palisade hops providing notes of tropical fruit,
grapefruit, and a nice grassiness.  named for chinnick’s billiards & bowling, a favorite haunt of world-class sports stars and visiting celebrities in the
olden days of grand rapids’ history.

Edgcomb's Pale Ale

brewed with citra and cascade hops, this ale is citrusy and herbaceous with a nice malt backbone.

Citrus Foam

we took our silverfoam lager and infused it with organic lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit zest.  a nice citrus character is present but it does not overwhelm the delicate flavors and aromas of the base lager. a summer swiller sure to please the palate!

Aman's Amber Ale

named after the gem of the grand rapids parks system, aman park, this well balanced amber was fermented with english ale yeast. the hop presence is floral and herbaceous with a hint of citrus. the english ale yeast provides a bready and dried fruit complexity. medium-bodied with moderate carbonation.

Freel Me Up IPA

#2 in our staff concept series, this cranberry ipa recipe was put together by samantha freel and the grbc brewers. aromas of tropical fruit , cranberries, elder-berries and general dankness. flavors are the same awesomeness. malt presence is subtle toasted grain and toffee. medium-bodied with moderate-high carbonation. this is a great, crisp, and complex summer ipa, and sorry sam but no edible glitter in this one!!

Thomas Street Wheat

our popular brewers’ heritage hefeweizen infused with organic chamomile tea and lemon . traditional hefeweizen yeast aromas of banana and bubble gum , comple-mented with lemon and a floral , honey character from the chamomile. named after the best block in eastown!
